Great location in the heart of town. We arrived lunchtime the first day. Parking is tricky as the hotel is perched on the mountain-side but we called when we were 5 min out, and the desk helped us to unload and then told us where to park. Easy walk to first attraction day one and then to dinner night one. The next day, the hotel got us a taxi to get to the Pena Palace, we walked over to the Moorish Castle and then downhill, had lunch on the way, and then back to the hotel. Hotel is super clean, breakfast was good. Hotel is obviously making an effort to please with extra touches, like pastries and coffee available all day. Pleased we stayed here. Beautiful location, super fun to explore Sintra.

The beds are amazing, I love the sheets they maybe at least 1000TC. I love Andreas the front desk he gave us several suggestions of where to go around Sintra and even saw us to our room (who does that? only top rated hotels!) I love that this hotel is at the city center-you can see the National Palace from your window and accessible to shops, restaurants, bus and even the train station if you want to go to Lisbon. I checked out early only to find out that our flight was delayed-the front desk even allowed us to stay in our room again at least until 11ish. Awesome stay and affordable, if I go back to Sintra this is one place I would consider staying again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, you can walk everywhere in the charming city center. The room was huge, with a great view and windows that opened. The decor is a little dated, but everything was very clean. The woman at reception couldn't have been nicer. The hotel has 3 parking spots when one opened up and my friend went to get the car to move it she gave me cones to help save the spot. If you have to park on the city street and walk to the hotel they give you a pass so parking is free. I would

The hotel couldn’t be in a better location. Within walking distance from the town center. Staff was very friendly and efficient, always willing to help with directions and anything we needed. We bought breakfast a few days during our stay which was cheaper than originally quoted and food was very good and plentiful. Our room had everything we needed except it didn’t have an iron nor board. View was great , facing the front children’s park up front. Had a good expirience and would definitely return here.

On arrival at the hotel we were helped by the staff with our car. Anyone who knows the traffic in Sintra will know how wonderful this is. Check in was excellent. We were there with 6 other friends (4 cars in total) and the staff were efficient and happy, helping us to our rooms. The hotel itself is within easy walking distance to the Regaleira, and a short Uber to the start of the Peña Palace queue. The rooms were a decent size and clean.
